Lauren MacDougall
M.A., BCBA, LBA – Lead BCBA
Lauren graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Health Services, focusing on pre-med studies. Pursuing a passion for helping others, she continued their education at the Florida Institute of Technology, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis Practice.
The journey into Applied Behavior Analysis began shortly after completing the undergraduate program. Lauren spent four years working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), gaining hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the field. In 2020, Lauren joined Blossom, a move that ignited a love for naturalistic teaching methods and a play-based approach to therapy. This experience inspired the decision to attend graduate school to become a BCBA.
Passionate about collaborative teamwork, Lauren thrives on helping children develop and grow into their best selves. Outside of professional pursuits, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, savoring Sunday brunches, and relaxing with a good movie, cuddled up on the couch with her beloved dogs.
