At Blossom, we are committed to helping clinical fellows build confidence, clinical excellence, and a fulfilling long-term career in speech-language pathology. Our CF experience is designed to provide the mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on learning new clinicians need to thrive.
Clinical fellows at Blossom receive direct support from an onsite CF supervisor, including dedicated weekly meetings for guidance, case review, and individualized mentorship throughout the fellowship year. In addition, our weekly speech team meetings create ongoing opportunities for collaboration, problem-solving, and shared learning with experienced clinicians. CFs at Blossom have access to opportunities for career development, continued education, and clinical experience in special interest areas (AAC, feeding, gestalt language processing, etc.).
At Blossom, you’re not just completing your Clinical Fellowship — you’re building a strong foundation for a meaningful and successful career!
Blossom’s goal is to give back to our profession and provide quality clinical training. Our internship program allows us to partner with local universities to provide graduate students with diverse clinical training and offer a variety of learning opportunities in an outpatient setting.
Under the direct supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist, the student will complete speech and language evaluations, conduct individual and group treatment sessions, write daily session and quarterly progress notes, participate in weekly collaborative meetings, provide parent education, develop problem solving skills and refine clinical reasoning skills.
