Andie embarked on a career in Applied Behavior Analysis as a behavior technician in 2020, shortly after earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. In May 2021, Andie joined the team at Blossom, where they began their fieldwork to become a BCBA. This journey culminated in 2023 when Andie graduated with a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University.

Deeply passionate about making a meaningful impact on children’s daily lives, Andie focuses on celebrating individuality and involving supportive family members. Committed to fostering inclusive environments, Andie believes in the importance of feeling welcomed and valued at all times. They advocate for play-based interventions, emphasizing the joy and effectiveness of celebrating successes through play.

In their free time, Andie enjoys playing games, solving puzzles, and experimenting with new recipes alongside their fiancé. They cherish moments spent with family, especially weekends up north during the summer. Additionally, Andie is dedicated to enhancing their personal reading skills and enjoys listening to podcasts for continuous learning and growth.
